Improve Kid's Food Allergy by providing them Healthy diet

A child development and growth depends on a lot of the intake of food. The intake of proteins and iron in a child’s body is very necessary but there are also chances that a child could be allergic to any food.


Any food could cause food allergy to children, but most kids food allergy are caused by cow milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, wheat, nuts from trees, fish and more. The kid's food allergy has become one of the bigger problems than ever today. It is making all parents and guardians in a question that which food they should feed to their child so that they do not get allergic.

As the food allergies are becoming so common that when it happens to you, your immune system reacts to a particular food as food is toxic.


It is even found out that if child's parents have allergies, the child has a 40%-80% risk of developing any allergies like asthma, eczema or hay fever. For example, a father is having a very high hay fever and asthma, this might have a child egg allergy and eczema. But, this case may not necessarily be always, most children with food allergy don't have parents that have a food allergy. There can be higher risk, that sibling of a child with food allergy may have a food allergy.


If you want to reduce your child’s risk of food allergies then you should adopt following a healthy diet.


  1. A mother should eat a well-balanced and nutritious diet when she is pregnant or while breastfeeding.

  2. Introduce solids into child’s diet when he is around six months of age but not before four months of age.

  3. Follow ASCIA infant feeding guidelines and don’t recommend hydrolyzed infant formula.
